Ad Removal service is only available for purchased classified ads.
ONLY ADVERTS THAT HAVE AN ITEM/PRODUCT NUMBER CAN BE REMOVED:

PayPal sends an email receipt of purchase. Your Item/Product number of your particular advert is listed in this receipt under Payment Details.

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW YOUR ITEM/PRODUCT NUMBER, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO REMOVE YOUR AD.

If you submitted a Free ad where you did not pay via PayPal, and you did not receive a receipt of purchase in an email from PayPal, you would not have been allocated an Item/Product Number.

Your Item/Product number will look similar to: 123.321.456.6542007-01-1521:15:32

Please Note: Ads only run for TWO WEEKS.
If your ad has been in for two weeks, please do not submit a remove ad request.

• Be sure to include:
The Item/Product Number that was sent to you in your receipt from PayPal.
It would be wise to 'copy & paste' this number in an email to us as it is quite a lengthy number, and the full number needs to be accurate to work.
If this number is not accurate, your ad will not be found, and your ad will run for another week.
